Which mode is right for me — Invoice Only, Inventory Lite, or Everything?

It depends on whether you track physical stock. Invoice Only is built for service businesses with no inventory. Inventory Lite adds items, stock, and cost tracking for businesses with one location and no warehouse operations. Everything adds multi-warehouse, bin-level tracking, and picking/packing for full warehouse operations. How does pricing actually work?

We don't publish a flat price list — your mode, your complexity (locations, SKU volume), and your timeline all factor into your number. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost, in every mode. Visit Pricing or get in touch and we'll work out a number with you directly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every mode includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Can I switch modes later if my business grows?

Yes. Businesses commonly start on Invoice Only or Inventory Lite and move up to Everything once they add warehouse operations. Talk to us when you're ready and we'll help you move up without losing your existing data.

Do I need to install anything?

No. PrecisePicks is entirely cloud-based — you access it from any modern browser, on any device, with nothing to install or maintain.

Can I bring over my existing items, customers, and vendors?

Yes, PrecisePicks supports importing your existing items, vendors, and customers, plus opening balances, so you're not starting from zero. We'll walk you through it during onboarding.

Is my data secure?

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access control so each user only sees what their role allows. Every transaction carries a full audit trail.

What kind of support do I get once I'm a customer?
